DELIVERY POLICY

This delivery policy gives details of the delivery methods, delivery periods and delivery charges that apply to any orders for our products made through our website.

We strive to ensure timely delivery of your orders.

    DELIVERY TIMEFRAME*

  • Order before 2 PM from Monday to Friday for Free Next Day Delivery.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM from Monday to Friday will be scheduled for delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be delivered within 2-3 business days.
  • Unfortunately, we do not deliver on Sunday.
  • DELIVERY METHODS

     

    Orders are typically delivered the next day.*

    *Delivery times may vary based on your location (Example: Abu Dhabi, Northern Emirates), public holidays and adverse weather conditions.

    DELIVERY COSTS

     

    We offer free standard delivery to addresses within UAE. This offer applies to standard shipping and is valid for all purchases made through our Website.

    ORDER TRACKING

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive email communication based on the order status.

    DELIVERY ISSUES

    If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service on 8002272. We will not be liable to you for any errors in the delivery address provided by you or for any subsequent change of address of which we have not been notified and acknowledged prior to dispatch.

RETURNS POLICY

With the Shark Ninja money back guarantee you can return the products that you aren’t 100% happy with within 7 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-15 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
  • Return Period: You may return items within 7 days of receipt for a refund.
  • Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • The Company will act as per the above policies and Company’s decision will be treated as final decision.
